Hi, I'm Brittney!

I am a local photographer to the Maryland, DC, Northern VA area. I am a USCG spouse, my husband is a Chief Warrant Officer in the USCG and has been active duty for 20 years, him and I have been together for all of those years and married for 16. We have three beautiful children who are my world. We have a small farm in SOMD with goats, chickens, and ducks, and we have 3 lazy house dogs. I have 2 college degrees and am a Licensed Physical Therapist Asst. I worked as an LPTA for 7 years before we decided our lives would be better and more fulfilling if I stayed home to raise up our babies. And it is truly a blessing every day.

I came into photography 4 years ago when we bought our almost 5 acre property in SOMD, I created a cute tractor setup for Fall photos of my kids, shared it to a local mom group, had tons of interest and Photography by Brittney was born.

I really enjoy doing a little bit of everything, while I think having a specialty is a good thing, I really enjoy ALL types of photography and being your one stop shop photographer. I do EVERYTHING! Families, posed newborn, lifestyle, fresh 48's, cake smashes, events, weddings, engagements, elopements, couples, milestones, military events, and

maternity. I have an in home studio so you can choose between studio sessions or several locations I can recommend.
